Our client is a fast growing electronics and control systems design and manufacturing enterprise. Their business provides high quality electronic components and motor drive amplifiers to many sectors including oil and gas, aerospace and shipping (military / commercial), specializing in those used in hazardous areas and harsh environments.
The jobs:
We are looking for Mechanical Design Engineers to undertake the following tasks:
• Mechanical design for motor drives and electronics systems • Design of test rigs • Drawing office management including manufacturing drawing generation and maintenance • Incorporation of ECO/ECRs into packaging, drawings and BOMs • Participation in programmes, projects and dealing directly with clients to support Business Development • Production of work flow diagrams
Qualifications and experience:
• BSc / BEng in Mechanical Engineering or related subject • 4 years experience in industry
Applicants must be British or EU citizens who have lived in the UK for the last 5 years and be willing to undergo security clearance if required. (Applications will be accepted from any candidate who already holds a current UK SC clearance).
